iconik VoteThru

Customize voting, even when voting rights are combined.

Master and omnibus accounts pool voting rights, so every client is voted the same way. VoteThru calculates each underlying account’s share of the vote, so each client can follow its own policy, or the firm’s policy by default.

How VoteThru works
Onboarding

Live in two steps.

  1. Instruct your custodian to deliver proxies to iconik.

Ballots then arrive automatically for every meeting. For master and omnibus accounts, add a feed of underlying positions so VoteThru can split the vote.

  2. iconik confirms receipt. The account is onboarded.

View voting activity for all of your accounts in the Adviser Dashboard.
