Trust Center

Security, data handling and service reliability, answered up front for compliance, legal and IT reviewers.

Our approach

iconik applies each client's own voting policy to their ballots and executes the votes. To do that, we handle three kinds of information: public meeting data, the voting policies our clients write, and the holdings and voting records clients choose to share with us. This page sets out how we protect that information and answers the questions that usually come up in vendor diligence.

Information Security Addendum

Institutional clients can request our Information Security Addendum. Use the request form on this page, and we will send it to you directly.

Data handling

VoteThru holdings feeds. VoteThru holdings feeds contain anonymized positions: client ID, company, shares, custodian and date. No personal information leaves the manager's firm.

Voting records in Prism. Non-public voting records loaded into Prism are confidential and viewable only by the user who uploaded them.

Subprocessors

The current list of subprocessors, and what each one does, is on the subprocessors page. Stripe, Plaid, OpenAI and PostHog apply only to the retail product, not to institutional clients.
